Do Not Chat with the Relay Agent.

The relay agent is not allowed to chat with you as their are other people waiting in the queue to make calls.
Do Not Ask Relay Agent Personal Questions

Do Not Ask Relay to Tell the Receiver Information.

Do not ask the relay agent to tell the person... Speak directly to the receiver as if they were in front of you.
Do Not Leave When on Hold.

Do not leave the screen when on hold because if the receiver picks up the phone and you are not there they will hang up and so will the relay agent. Please stay in front of the screen when on hold.
